Application for MySQL/PostgreSQL

Note

The user must hold a super computer account before applying to establish a mailing list.

The expiration of MySQL/PostgreSQL will be the end of the fiscal year in which the application was made.

If multiple applications are made for the same account name, priority will be based on the order of application. (Please only use alphanumeric characters for the database name.)

MySQL will create a database for the version 5 release family. PostgreSQL is version 9 release family.

If you wish to create an additional database, please submit a new application for the addition of a database.

Please note that the database may disappear due to unavoidable circumstances. Please carefully maintain a backup of the database by yourself.

Please provide as much detail as possible in the space headed 'Intended use of MySQL/PostgreSQL'. Registration may be refused if insufficient detail is provided or if the intended use is consider inappropriate.
