この度「 Pipeline Pilot 利用法講習会」と題しまして、化学/生物学/文書
における大量のデータ処理/解析をドラッグ＆ドロップに設計してその場で実行
できる、研究支援ソフトウェア Pipeline Pilot の利用法講習会を開催するこ
とになりました。

Accelrys 社製 SciTegic Pipeline Pilot は、研究において氾濫する大量の
情報を効果的に解析し、統合するシステムです。様々なデータを読み込み、
解析することにより、データに内在する情報を余すことなく活用できるように
なります。データの読み取りや操作、予測物性によるフィルタリング、結果の
可視化など、数百もの異なる部品(コンポーネント)を使用して、プロトコルと
呼ばれる一連のデータ処理や解析パイプラインをグラフィカルに構築すること
ができます。本講習会では、Pipeline Pilot の基本機能の紹介と、バイオイン
フォマティクスとケムインフォマティクスを対象としたハンズオンによる実習
を実施いたします。

quantities of data flooding the research informatics world.
It makes the most of your information resources through
industrial-scale data flow control and powerful mining capabilities.
You can graphically compose data processing networks, known as
protocols, using hundreds of different configurable components for
operations such as data retrieval, manipulation, computational
filtering, and display.

All users can attend the course without application. But, Anyone
who wants to attend the course without application may not receive
the documents used in the training course. For Application, you
