この度「オープンバイオ講習会」と題しまして、オープンソースの
ソフトウェアを活用したバイオインフォマティクス解析について
実習形式の講義を開催いたします。

日程と内容は下記の通りです。
本年度は特に参加条件を設けておりません。
広く皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。

日時：2008年9月25日（木）13:00〜17:30

会場：東京大学 医科学研究所 ヒトゲノム解析センター 3階講習会室

定員：30名（事前申込者を優先、空席があれば当日参加も可能）

内容：
　　　13:00-14:00 配列解析
　　　14:10-15:10 バクテリアゲノム解析
　　　15:20-16:20 マイクロアレイ解析
　　　16:30-17:30 遺伝子ネットワーク解析

概要：
　　　書籍「オープンソースで学ぶバイオインフォマティクス」
　　　（オープンバイオ研究会編; 東京電機大学出版局）の内容をベースに、
　　　KNOB (Knoppix for Bio) を使って EMBOSS、G-language、
　　　BioConductor、BioPerl、BioRuby などのソフトウェアを
　　　活用したバイオインフォマティクス解析の実習を行います。
